WEAVING (LAKUN) - MUNTRIES & NATIVE RASPBERRY
Immerse yourself in nature with the fruity fusion of muntries and native raspberry. This hand crafted soy candle has been hand poured in the Barossa Valley in South Australia.
The label and box are designed with a print of the original artwork ‘Weaving (Lakun)’. Ngarrindjeri people weave to make resources such as baskets, fish nets, fish traps and mats. While they sit and weave, they are sharing stories, bringing people together. They are connecting on different levels and teaching younger generations about creation, connection to the environment, to family, kinship, language and to our ancestors.
